Refund Policy

At Hasvika Hilltop Resort and Hotel, we value our guests and aim to provide the best service possible. We understand that sometimes travel plans may change, and we have designed a fair and transparent refund policy for all reservations.


1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

  • 7 Days or More Before Check-in:
    Full refund of the booking amount.
  • 3–6 Days Before Check-in:
    50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Within 48 Hours of Check-in or No-Show:
    No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during booking (Razorpay, credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation date.
  • In some cases, bank/transaction charges may be deducted.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Bookings made under special offers or discounts are non-refundable.
  • Early check-outs after arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Add-on services such as spa, food packages, or transport once availed are non-refundable.

4. Modifications to Booking

  • Guests may request to reschedule their booking (subject to availability).
  • If rescheduling is requested within the non-refundable period, additional charges may apply.

5. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the resort reserves the right to issue a credit voucher instead of a refund, which can be used for a future booking.
