Welcome to Hasvika Hilltop Resort and Hotel (HHRH). By booking a stay at our resort or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Bookings & Reservations
- Reservations can be made directly through our website, by phone, or via third-party booking platforms.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate details at the time of booking (name, contact number, email, and valid ID proof at check-in).
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 1:00 PM onwards
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- We accept payments via Razorpay, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash at the property.
- Full or partial pre-payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled at check-in or check-out.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Guest Policies
- Guests must carry a valid government-issued ID for check-in.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are allowed/not allowed (update based on your property policy).
- Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
6. Resort Facilities & Services
- Amenities such as pool, kids’ play area, cycling, and spa services are subject to operational timings.
- Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
- The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable stay, Hasvika Hilltop Resort and Hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

9. Amendments
